1. Digital Product Policy
Judgment Resolution Hub sells digital products including templates, toolkits, and educational resources. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once you have accessed or downloaded the content.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- You have made a good-faith effort to use the product
- You can explain why the product did not meet your needs
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- You have not shared, redistributed, or resold the content
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase:

- Include your order number and purchase date
- Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Allow 3-5 business days for review and processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase date
- Products that have been shared, redistributed, or resold
- Violation of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies
- Purchases made with fraudulent payment methods
- "Changed my mind" requests without attempting to use the product
- Dissatisfaction due to user error or misunderstanding of product description
5. Bundle and Package Purchases
For bundle purchases (such as the Resolution Toolkit):
- Refunds apply to the entire bundle, not individual components
- Partial refunds for specific templates within a bundle are not available
- The 30-day guarantee applies from the date of bundle purchase
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your purchase:
- Contact our support team immediately at support@judgmentresolutionhub.com
- We will work to resolve technical issues before processing a refund
- Refunds for technical issues will be granted if we cannot resolve the problem within 48 hours
7. Subscription Services
For any subscription-based services (if applicable):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused time
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks should be a last resort.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account will be suspended and you will lose access to all purchased content. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If a product doesn't meet your needs, you may request a refund within the 30-day window and purchase a different product separately.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund rights.
